Project Administrator

We’re looking for a Project Administratorto join a leading engineering design firm at their site in Bredbury, Stockport. We’re looking for someone with previous CRM experience who can provide administrative support to an inventive design team.

What’s on offer?

• £12.11 - £12.64 per hour
• Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm / Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm
• 24 days holiday (plus bank holiday)

What will you be doing as a Project Administrator?

• Providing administrative support to design teams
• Preparing and verifying quotations
• Entering data into company systems accurately
• Creating production sheets for project workflows
• Booking parcels and managing transportation portals
• Participating actively in project activities
• Supporting with emails, spreadsheets, and Excel tasks
• Handling incoming and outgoing emails and calls
• Logging purchase orders and invoices
• Performing general administrative duties as required

What do you need?

• Previous CRM experience
• Comfortability with Microsoft Office programmes (Excel)
• Strong IT literacy
• SAP experience (desirable)
• A background in production administration (desirable)
