You must have previous experience working within a site based Project Administration role with experience using EDM systems, desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Site passes.
- Daily allocations / time sheets.
- PPE.
- Diary & email management.
- Compliance - Visa's / Tickets / Paperwork.
- Arranging courses.
- Ensuring the office maintains health & safety standards.
- Ordering supplies.
- General admin.
- Ordering stationary.
Document Control:
- Uploading drawings on to EDMS system.
- Maintaining the EDMS system.
- Requesting and controlling printing of copies.
- Distribution of documents in line with the Procedures.
- Maintaining electronic copies and attaching onto EDMS system.
- Maintain the hard copy A3 files for all projects.
- Organising and maintaining archive system of all the above.
- Filing and archiving.
