SalaryWe are recruiting an Project Administrator for an online training company based in central London (Old Street).
Remote working but you will only be required to go to the office once a month.
£14.35 - £16.41 per hour.
Starting ASAP for 12 - 16 weeks.
37.5 hours per week.
- Managing competition entries via email (data capture)
- Liaising with the mailing house / posting out prizes (ideally from the office)
- Chasing documents from partners
- Collating partner feedback/responses to create summaries
- Uploading content in a CMS
- Collating data for reporting
- Supporting with webinars
- Processing invoices
- Writing news stories
- Checking design changes are done
- Proofreading
