They are looking for an experienced administrator to work alongside the projects team to provide valuable support to a very busy team. You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:
- Administration assistance to a team of managers
- Liaising with current and prospective projects - dealing with all administration
- Vetting applications
- Processing DBS checks for sensitive projects
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of goods for projects
- Organising relevant training & communication
- Organising relevant document for projects
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Assisting with monthly reporting/auditing
Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years construction experience in an administration role
- Good all-round IT skills
- Excellent communicator
