Think FE is delighted to partner with Middlesbrough College in their search for a dedicated Project Administrator. This fixed-term role until July 2024 offers an engaging opportunity to support a unique programme that provides placements and learning experiences abroad for students.
The Role
As Project administrator, you will be responsible for all admin in relation to the Turn Scheme, which is a government programme which provides funding for international opportunities in education and training. Day to day you will:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and ensuring travel document readiness.
- Assist with passport procurement and verification for students.
- Manage and support budgetary aspects of the programme.
- Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of all necessary trip-related paperwork for students.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Ideally you will have a relevant level 2 qualification such as customer service/business admin
- Previous experience of working with young adults is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including an excellent telephone manner. You will also need excellent organisational skills.
- You must already have or be happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check including the child barred list
