The duration of the contract is 4 months.

The pay rate on offer is £250 - £300 per day.

The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working).

Key accountabilities of the role

• Project based role, supporting the development and implementation of future Hospitality digital initiatives, including concepts and trials to meet changing customer demands.
• Build on from our existing Digital solutions, to integrate and implement best in class "Digital Cafes", with the aim is to drive through-put and enhance the café operations and customer experience - from digital ordering screens and coffee & kitchen screens (measuring KPIs)
• Assess and support the development of the 'Click & Collect' Café and 'Little Coffee Shop' solutions - enabling customers to ordering within operational windows
• Work at pace, with agility to identify opportunities to grow the hospitality business in line with the strategy.
• Support the Hospitality digital agenda by collaborating with several teams including Buyers, Product Developers, Technologists, Marketing, Digital & Data, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• This is a varied role that allows you to support projects from start to finish. Including having input at the planning stage, the full implementation and engagement, and then the review and decision-making stage.
• The overall purpose of the role is to generate growth opportunities for Hospitality through development of digital solutions.
• A specific project this role is tasked with is over the next 6 months, working closely with Digital & Data team to integrate the current digital café solution into the wider business.
• Support the landing of both new and existing digital hospitality propositions in store e.g. New digital cafes.
