Project Architect

THE ROLE:

As a key player in a growing studio, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic director to lead and deliver an array of exciting projects. Picture yourself working on bespoke one-off homes in picturesque countryside locations, engaging in rural diversification projects, and contributing to innovative mixed-use developments. This role will empower you to take ownership of projects, leading them from initial feasibility and concept design to planning, tender, and construction phases.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Architect with approximately 5 years of residential agency experience. Your passion for architecture should be matched by a strong design sensibility, and you should possess the ability to lead projects across all RIBA work stages. Your responsibilities will include preparing design-led pre-applications and planning applications, compiling design and access statements, and collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal design team.
