Role: Residential Support worker
Location: Spalding
Pay/Salary: £23,332 per year
Shifts: 2 - 4 shifts a week. Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 2-6 sleep ins per month, an additional £1,700-£5,000pa) Rolling Rota 1 - 2 months in advance (39 hours weekly average)

What does a typical day look like?
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be providing compassionate care and guidance to children with learning disabilities in a nurturing home environment. Your role involves offering daily support, assisting with personal care routines, and organising engaging activities tailored to their interests. Collaborating with colleagues and professionals, you'll contribute to individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation. Your compassionate approach, coupled with strong communication skills, will help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for these children, guiding them towards growth and development in a safe, supportive setting.

The resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), our client will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way
