Residential Support Worker Children's Homes
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire area
Salary: 23,322 - 24,944 ( 11.50 - 12.30 per hour) plus 3000 - 6000 pa for sleep-ins. ( 62.64 per sleep-in)
Shift patterns - Full time working long days plus extra sleep in (approx. 4-6 sleep ins per month)
Full UK Driving licence is required.

As a therapeutic Support Worker you will:

What do you need?
We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient. Great communication skills, positive and energetic. Experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills such as police, education, security or working with vulnerable people. Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations. Full UK Driving licence is essential. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
