Residential Support Worker Children's Homes

Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire area

Salary: £25,553 - £26,972 (£12.60 - £13.30 per hour) plus £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-ins. (£62.64 per sleep-in)

Shift patterns - Full time working long days plus extra sleep in (approx. 4-6 sleep ins per month)

Driver required.

We are looking for a children's Support Worker to become part of our family home, caring for young people who have sometimes complex emotional difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
