SalaryA Project Architect is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. This role will be based within the Nottingham area. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to small value design and construction work. With exciting projects in the pipeline this is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to progress their career with a leading consultancy.
Our client has high expectations of their new recruits, therefore a successful Project Architect is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they'd be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Day to day as an employee of this practice, you are most likely to be working schemes within a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, defence and industrial. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project to join an ambitious, rapidly developing consultancy around Nottingham. They have a strong ethos and are passionate for creating exciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.
This role seeks an individual who has good knowledge of Revit software and are open to any project experience. Our client has passion for exceptional customer service and have an impressive portfolio of long-standing relationships.
Project Architect Position Remuneration- Competitive Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

- Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
- Liaise with other professionals
- Develop project briefs
- Work from inception to completion
- Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
- Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
- Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD
- ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
- Revit proficient
- Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
- Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good knowledge of building regulations
- Driving licence
