The role
As a Project Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of avenues, providing support to the Business manager, Quality teams and stakeholders.
Day to day, you'll support the implementation of key stakeholder and communications management plans.
- Support the Programme Senior Leadership Team with administration and efficiency-driving activities.
- Ensure that programme documents and strategies align with internal Business Management Systems (training provided.)
- Support change control activities on the project.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain up-to-date Continuous Improvement logs, with ownership of activities as desired.
This is a full-time role with 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at the Newbury site with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Project Assistant:
- Must be proactive - the role will allow for the ability to make improvements.
- Must be able to demonstrate that they have held responsibility - see a task through from beginning to end.
Qualifications for the Project Assistant:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS (upgrade to SC in motion) security clearance for this role.
