SalaryWe are seeking a skilled Project Assistant to join the operations team of a leading B2B/Tech Research Agency. As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management and execution of various research projects, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. This position also offers opportunities to contribute to and lead operational endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the management of diverse projects, including ad-hoc, brand, message testing, and qualitative studies- Providing support for operations team members, including training, professional development, and performance monitoring- Collaborating with the management team to design and implement team strategies aligned with company objectives- Contributing to process improvements within the Operations function and across the business- Assisting in managing and nurturing supplier relationships- Offering consultative support for the commercial team on cost calculations and proposals- Participating in resource management, project allocation, and scheduling
Qualifications:- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities- Innovative and outcome-focused mindset- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Capacity to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders- Familiarity with online quantitative methodologies, preferably in B2B research- Prior experience in assisting with project supervision and team mentoring
