Project & Business Change Manager

We have an exciting new role become available! Thames Valley Police are looking for a Project & Business Change Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role will be working within the Violence Reduction Unit.

You will be working Monday to Friday 37 hours a week and the successful candidate will have to undergo Police Management Vetting and Security Clearance.

This will be predominantly home working but with the requirement to on occasion work in Slough Borough Councils Children's Services Co' - Slough Children First; as well as at Thames Valley Police Hq on occasion

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong Project Management experience
Public Sector PM experience desirable (notably within a LA children's service)
Experience of process mapping
Experience of value stream mapping
Experience of change processes, especially the analytic requirements, ensuring that data is presented in a way that it can be used as evidence of costs and benefits
Strong relationship building skills
Strong analytic skills to enable identification of time/cost on task and how this extrapolates to caseload
Some experience in finance and resource planning would be of benefit
