Project Co-ordinator/ Scheduler- 8 month minimum maternity leave cover
Wellingborough Area

£28,000 pro rata, 33days including bank holidays, pro rata holiday entitlement

Immediate start needed
Monday to Friday
Hours - 37.5 per week, Office based ( flexible between 08.30 and 17.30)

A fantastic opportunity to work in a busy environment where you will play a pivotal role in the day to day scheduling ,administration , diary management, travel booking and general coordination of Field based Engineers travelling UK and worldwide. There will also be a large focus on Customer service as the role will also involve liaising with customers on a daily basis.

We are seeking an organised, methodical, multi-tasker, that can work under pressure and deadlines in an ever changing environment.
Key Skills

·Experience ideally from a busy demanding Field Coordinator/Scheduler/ Project administration role
·High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, organisational skills, relationship management & good time management
·Strong all round IT skills with Microsoft Office, and ideally with CRMs & databases
·Must be able to prioritise a very busy work load
·Strong communication skills
