Our client is a leading supplier of retail merchandising systems. They are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to provide full administrative support and co-ordination of related tasks and activities in support of the Project Management team. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for support of project delivery and account support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Communicate with Account Manager to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project / task.
- Create and maintain trackers for all projects, ensuring all changes and revisions are captured and updated in a timely manner.
- Manage, maintain and update all project documents in the customer shared folder highlighting change and revision control.
- Report and escalate to management as needed any changes to the project scope.
- Ensure the account forecast is updated and tracked on the sales tracker.
- Support Project Management team to liaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with project execution plan.
- To produce in line with set price lists and agreed formats, quotations ensuring all parts and relevant prices have been included, checking and confirming all formulas and calculations are correct.
- Coordinate internal resources and installation teams.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- Compile site safety files, CPHSPs, and RAMs and liaising with the PM.
- Job pack creation.
- NAV system support.
- Allocation of installation jobs on Company Installation portal.
- Managing material requests, organizing trades, and coordinating logistics (Excel and online portal).
- Ensuring that safe working practices are met and in line with all legislative requirements
- Promote the company’s Health & Safety agenda.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Proven working experience in project co-ordination role in fast paced retail environment (minimum 3 years).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time whilst paying thorough attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in MRP / ERP systems.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to prioritise among completing tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starting, independent, self-sufficient.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
