A leading organisation in the events industry is seeking a Project Coordinator. Renowned for executing a wide range of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, live music, and motorsports, the company stands out for delivering exceptional experiences for prominent brands. They require a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of these diverse events.
Your Role:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure tasks are efficiently assigned, deadlines communicated, and a cohesive roadmap for delivery is established.
- Freelancer / Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with freelancers and suppliers, coordinating logistics, deliveries, and services. Maintain freelancer databases and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and on-site staff to ensure integrated event planning and delivery. Focus on staff welfare and provide administrative and project support where required.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges proactively. Handle client requests and issue escalations effectively.
