Responsibilities:
Operational Compliance:
- Develop and oversee control systems for regulatory compliance.
- Continuously improve control efficiency.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Process teams on policy development.
- Assess compliance risks in future business ventures.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and best practices.
Project Management:
- Determine project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and track project budgets.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments, and measure performance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to locate appropriate references for compliance and governance.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
- Methodical, diligent, and outstanding planning abilities.
- Analytical mind capable of grasping procedural complexities.
- Excellent communication skills.
