Job description
- Support project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and track project deliverables using project management software
- Prepare project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items
- Manage project documentation, ensuring that all project files are organized and up-to-date
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors to ensure that project deliverables are met
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Other duties as assigned by the project manager
- Ensure team expenses are processed in accordance with the Expense policy
- Manage and control the raising of quotations for all Project Managers
- Manage and control the raising of Project Jobs and purchase Orders for all Project Managers
- Assist in any debt issues for the projects team.
- Scanning all relevant paperwork for that project such as customer purchase orders and supplier quotations
- Ensure ISO processes are followed to ensure departmental/business compliance
- Undertake monthly training courses as allocated on the Vertex training portal
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation
- Responsible for the development and delivery of business improvements
