Wild are looking for an accomplished Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Cambridge to join them as a Project Coordinator.
Our client are offering a salary of up to £27,000 salary (DOE) which includes generous company benefits and free on-site parking. Hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5pm. This is a hybrid working role with 1 days at home, 4 days in the office.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales order and client management for multiple projects across the UK. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, administration led environment and is confident managing multiple, client led tasks.
Project Coordinator - Responsibilities include:
- Liaising directly with new prospects and clients to discuss their needs and provide quotations
- Sales order management of suppliers and deliveries from order entry to invoice and payment in-line with procedures
- Resolving supplier invoice queries to ensure quick payment
- Filing Delivery notes, sales orders, purchase orders and acknowledgements
- Invoicing completed orders.
- Assisting the Sales Team with quotations and supporting images
- Updating image library, supplier brochure library, and supplier price lists.
- Managing the enquiries inbox
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a fast paced administration or coordination role
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and able to work towards strict deadlines
