SalaryThe award of a £60m, three block, new build Passivhaus residential scheme in Deptford has led to the need to recruit it’s Project Coordinator.
The role is with the main contractor who are building for one of Greater London’s leading Housing Associations and the successful candidate can look forward to cradle to grave involvement in the contract, finalising Stage 5 designs, agreeing Employer’s Requirements and coordinating the activities of the commercial, design and production functions throughout its lifecycle.
Candidates are likely to be either Architects or Structural Engineers by training and will have progressed to managing those external functions on the behalf of a building contractor or self-build developer, previous experience of the standards to which Passivhaus apartment blocks are built also being sought.
Interviews are available from w/c 29th January and salary is a competitive £60k to £70k + car + package.
