I am looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects within the wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
Facilitate effective project communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings related to project activities.
Conduct research to support project initiatives.
Research potential funding opportunities and assist in donor prospecting and cultivation efforts.
Support the preparation of grant proposals, donor reports, and other fundraising materials.
Maintain donor databases and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management in the wholesale industry.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
