Key Responsibilities:This role is centered around office-based administration, focusing on the coordination of specific projects. As part of this dynamic team of administrators, you will play a crucial role in supporting on-site engineers and project managers. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with site engineers to compile survey notes, test data and photographic records.
- Managing the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Coordinating sub-contracted works.
- Generating comprehensive job sheets outlining project details.
- Assisting in the creation of health and safety documentation.
- Monitoring stock levels for standard parts.
- Issuing client invoices upon completion of projects.
- Addressing queries from both clients and on-site engineers.
Qualifications:This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or a recent graduate eager to kickstart their career in a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
