A well-established family-run business within the property industry based in Mayfair, is looking for a Project Coordinator! Supporting the Director with projects, this lovely and varied role will require agility and the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail whilst always delivering tasks to a high standard.
The team is incredibly supportive and friendly, so it is essential for the candidate to enjoy working as part of a team, exercise a positive working attitude and importantly a great sense of humour!
Responsibilities will include:
- Creation of work in progress spreadsheet, monitoring and undertaking tasks, as necessary
- Providing assistance to Project Managers
- Answering telephone calls, assisting where possible and passing on messages where required
- Ensure engineers, vehicles, etc. are booked in with site prior to project commencement
- Arranging meetings and ensuring calendar is up to date
- Liaising with Projects team to efficiently deal with both client enquires and supplier/contractor questions
- Translation of quotes from costing spreadsheet to formal quotation and issuing to client
- Liaison with clients as required - phone and email
- Attend meetings as requested and take meeting minutes
- General administrative tasks to assist the team
- Liaising with suppliers as required - obtaining material costs, ordering of materials, answering contractor/supplier questions, or ensuring the project team deal with information required
