Your new company
Our client is a training and development company looking for an individual to be based at a client site in Leatherhead.
Your new role
You will be organising and scheduling training courses (both face-to-face and virtual classrooms) as well as enroling staff from across the UK onto the courses. The role will include setting up virtual classroom sessions and liaising with both attendees and trainers. A key part of the role will be liaising with staff across the business to build relationships and raise awareness of the courses available. You will also be tracking and reporting on various KPIs linked to the courses.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a confident communicator and happy to work with stakeholders at a range of levels.
Confident users of Microsoft Office packages particularly excel.
Experience using Virtual Classroom Training platforms (i.e., Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Zoom VCT) would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Flexibility with hours if required - the role can be worked either full-time or reduced hours to meet other commitments but spread across 5 days
Salary up to £25,000 p.a.
