Temporary Part Time - Project Coordinator - Scientific Sector

Job Title: Higher Scientific Officer - Anti Microbial Resistance
Location: Addlestone
Hours:Part Time 20 hours per week - 4-6 month temporary contract

We are looking for a Higher Scientific Officer on a Part Time temporary basis for a 4-6 month period.

This role will be responsible for project managing and gathering publicly available scientific information to bring the annual sales surveillance reports together.

You will need to adaptable and flexible in your approach, as you may be asked to get involved in other project work depending on workload / time. The successful candidate will be a quick learner and be expected to get up to speed quickly and run with the project quite independently.

Key skills include:

• Highly organised (e.g. work out project timelines, Gannt charts, manage emails, document version control),
• Flexibility and adaptability (working with a busy team to meet tight deadlines - sometimes the plan has to be adapted to manage conflicting needs)
• Good communication (confident working with the whole team, clearly communicating and listening)
• Self starter (can work independently and ask for assistance when needed, eager to take on work to support the team).
• Microsoft word proficient (document management required)
