My client is a small successful construction company that specialises in workplace fit outs. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The main objective of this role will be to help coordinate and deliver the projects successfully. This role would suit someone who is ambitious, hardworking and driven by achieving results and reaching milestones.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Programme and scheduling works.
- Obtain updates from Site Managers in order to schedule trades teams.
- Obtain costings.
- Send out PO's.
- Order Materials
- Scheduling Subcontractors
- Ensure that projects meet the pre agreed timelines.
- Meet the set-out milestones.
Requirements:
- Competent in using excel and Microsoft suite.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- A construction background.
The role is working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch. Including 20 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
