We have partnered with a wonderful branding agency, who are seeking a Project Coordinator, at their photography studio.You will ensure the smooth running of all projects and will manage the day to day activity of specific accounts.
This is a VERY exciting opportunity for someone seeking a role that is not your typical office job and a great stepping stone into the industry. You must be extremely organised and enthusiastic with excellent communication for this role.
Fully office/Studio based role / parking-on-site / hours for photo shoots that run past 5pm can be made up time in lieu.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Arrange 3rd party talent to work on scheduled projects when required, including the raising of POs.
Produce cost estimates and obtain the approval of Head of Studio and then with clients when required.
Monitor job progression and timelines advising Head of Studio of any potential delivery problems.
Book projects into internal MIS. Manage the input and data on any 3rd party client tracker
Progress jobs through internal systems allocating work to staff and freelancers where necessary from brief to
invoicing.
Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication at all stages from quote through to delivery.
Raise draft invoicing in a timely manner on completion of projects and send to Head of Studio.
Arrange product and prop delivery and return.
Taking briefs from clients both in person and virtually.
Attend required shoots on set.
Project Coordinator Key Skills:
Be energetic and people focused, whilst keen to get stuck in at all levels.
Ensure projects are produced in the studio in a timely manner ensuring client deadlines are met.
Monitor the profitability of projects and liaise with Head of Studio on any concerns.
Maintaining a well organised tidy working environment.
Be proactive and flexible to help meet the demands of a busy Studio.
