Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator your pivotal role is in ensuring the efficiency, growth, and quality of our franchise network. This position involves monitoring key business metrics, analysing financial performance, facilitating business reporting, conducting quality assurance check, and supporting franchise development initiatives. Regularly monitor and analyse KPIs across franchise locations to identify trends and areas for improvement. Track P&L statements for each franchise location, ensuring adherence to financial goals and optimisation. Prepare detailed business reports, including financial summaries and operational analyses. Collaborate with franchisees to track performance, offering support and guidance to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols to maintain consistent service quality across all franchise locations. Provide support to the franchise development project for the growth and success.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of product management principles is a plus
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using systems such as Visio for process mapping is desirable
- Experience in product development projects is a bonus
