My client is an international hire service provider. They are looking for someone to join their team as a Project Coordinator to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained and all orders are processed and completed smoothly. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with the relevant skills to join a brilliant team in a well-established, successful company.

As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Timely processing of orders.
• Following orders from start to finish through whole supply chain.
• Accurately recording all data.
• Providing order updates and making sure order process runs smoothly.
• Visiting customers off site to present data and agree orders.
• Deal with queries.
• Generate daily and weekly internal and external reports.
• Deal with the delivery of large projects.
• Provide technical support.
• Assist with internal office projects.
• Play a part in the success of the business.

As a Project Coordinator you will have the following:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrics would be an advantage.
• High concentration levels and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to change tasks at short notice.
• Ability to work under pressure and work effectively with others at all levels.
• Must be professional at all times when dealing with customers.
• Good numerical skills.
• Be willing to travel off site.

Project Coordinator - £24,000 - £30,000
