My client is an international hire service provider. They are looking for someone to join their team as a Project Coordinator to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained and all orders are processed and completed smoothly. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with the relevant skills to join a brilliant team in a well-established, successful company.
As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Timely processing of orders.
- Following orders from start to finish through whole supply chain.
- Accurately recording all data.
- Providing order updates and making sure order process runs smoothly.
- Visiting customers off site to present data and agree orders.
- Deal with queries.
- Generate daily and weekly internal and external reports.
- Deal with the delivery of large projects.
- Provide technical support.
- Assist with internal office projects.
- Play a part in the success of the business.
As a Project Coordinator you will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrics would be an advantage.
- High concentration levels and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to change tasks at short notice.
- Ability to work under pressure and work effectively with others at all levels.
- Must be professional at all times when dealing with customers.
- Good numerical skills.
- Be willing to travel off site.
Project Coordinator - £24,000 - £30,000
