A confident Project Coordinator required to assist on a large and exciting office refurbishment project three days a week based out of their Maple Cross site
The Project Coordinator Role
The successful Project Coordinator will be required to support a team of 12-15 (architects, surveyors, directors and more) on a large refurbishment project.
- Project support
- Document management (e-filing)
- Manging project diaries
- Taking minutes and distributing minutes
- Use of Publisher, Word and Excel for spreadsheets
- Updating database
- Keeping an accurate update of project records
- Administrative support
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have previous construction industry experience
- Must be highly organised
This is an 18-month contract, with potential of becoming a permanent role depending on project.
