- Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Joining a fun, hard working team, you will need strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels.
Project management or project coordination experience is essential, along with an interest or background in technology, discretion, and the skills to provide first-class PA support to the Founder.
Project Coordinator/PA skills:
- Highly efficient and organised
- Accurate attention to detail, with strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong client liaison skills
- Ability to multi-task, and coordinate multiple projects
- Great team player, with a positive can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Project Coordinator/PA responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, updating project details and information, feedback and comments
- Managing technology project timelines, working closely with the team
- Working closely with the MD to assist with organisation
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
- Attend occasional client meetings with the Director
- Note-taking at meetings, circulating action points
- Placing orders for projects
