Min of 2 days in the office in LBC
Purpose of the role
To project manage and support the delivery of different project work-streams and activities for the delivery of the Substance Misuse Public Health projects and contracts.
To identify key project stakeholders and develop and implement strategies and approaches to establish positive, effective working relationships with them.
To prepare high-quality project related and other documentation to support the Project Delivery and effective change.
To carry out analysis and research, gaps in services, identifying opportunities to deliver value for money, and contributing towards service re-design.
To comply with Public Health England's monitoring requirements related to the project's data returns and grant conditions.
No direct financial responsibility, however will establish and maintain systems and processes to ensure governance and oversight of project funding stream.
Business case evaluation and assurance of value for money in delivery of the project.
To make decisions that enable the successful and timely completion of project work streams or activities.
To make recommendations to Public Health commissioner to support delivery of the project.
To make recommendations for service re-design following analysis and research.
Manage own time and plan workload.
