Key Accountability's: Project Engineer
- Project Coordination: Lead the way in coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- On-Time Delivery: Guarantee all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, ensuring technical feasibility and tracking key milestones.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, adapting to project needs.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep comprehensive documentation and produce monthly status reports.
Skills and Experience Required: Project Engineer
- Industry Experience: Several years of Project Engineering experience, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
- Management Skills: Demonstrated success in managing at various levels.
- Educational Background: A strong foundation in engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in CAD development and a solid technical background.
- Organisational Talent: Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Certifications: PMP/PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
