Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Project Manager to head up an new project for our Software clients based in High Wycombe.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9:00-5:30pm (flexible)
Purpose of the Role:
Working with high profile clients to deliver outstanding project success from efficient installation, optimum compliance and after sales service. Leading large scale projects in its entirety, taking complete ownership of supplier relationships and costs, driving the project through the business with attention to detail, tenacity, and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and ownership of a key clients
- Responsibilities to include planning and implementation to the highest quality, to deadline, brief and budget
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationship with all client personnel
- Working closely with both internal teams and external supply base taking ownership and management of project tasks and action
- Completing and submitting all relevant Project H&S, Risk and Method Statement
- Work closely with Account Director and Finance, reporting project spend, cost analysis, invoicing, forecasting, meeting project financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures; cross checking supplier costs and initiating corrective actions if required.
- Management of installation schedules, and post-installation reporting
- Client liaison on and off site for technical and production queries
- Supplier liaison for costs, SLA’s, lead times, fabrication, construction methods and QC
- Keep management informed of the status of client project, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels and operational excellence
- Supermarket industry experience
- Experience of delivering large scales projects
- Project Management/Account Management experience
- Budget management
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
