We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time Project Management Assistant to work with our client who is a large rail company based in Doncaster. The role is for an initial 6 months, but there is potential for other opportunities with this fantastic company.

We are interested in candidates that have excellent Project Management, planning and administration skills. Our client is interested in candidates who have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills and great attention to detail.

Duties for this role will involve:

• Cost Tracking
• Health & Safety File creation
• Volume Tracking
• Keeping the plan up to date
• Pulling together monthly business review (MBR) presentations
• Assisting the Scheme Project Manager

Essential skills needed for this role:

• Highly organised and excellent planner
• Excellent administration skills
• Computer literate (Excel and Word)
• Cost Tracking
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident communicator
• Experience in the rail industry preferred but not essential
