SalaryR13 Recruitment are partnering with an Events Agency in their search for an experienced Project Managerto join their team. The focus of your role will be the managing of a small team, ensuring a high standard of deliver on all projects for one of the business' key clients, an exciting global brand.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday, and is offering a salary of GBP32,000 per annum.

The day to day
- Managing projects from conception to execution, including occasional site management on event days.
- Liaising with the client and internal teams as a main point of contact, ensuring projects are completed within the set deadline and budget and exceeding client expectations.
- Working with clients and internal teams to support with ideation and feasibility scoping.
- Producing and seeing through proposals with devised budgets, rates and margins with timely reconciliations.
- Managing the project team, ensuring individual and team performance targets are met, and encouraging the continued development of the team.
You will have/be
- Project management and sales experience, and proven experience of team management.
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience dealing directly with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and Sustainability - qualifications and training are desired but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an understanding of finance.
