WB Power Services is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage projects both as a principal and a sub-contractor. Our projects include both permanent and temporary generator installations for clients in healthcare, water authorities, and critical data centres.

Role Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects with support from Senior Management.
• Schedule and attend update meetings with the Head of Project Delivery and Technical Director.
• Oversee project handovers and accept new/variation projects from sales.
• Collaborate on the development of new projects and designs.
• Maintain the CRM system (Protean) with real-time updates.
• Control all warranty jobs associated with any project.
• Ensure project engineer hours and visa receipts are accurately recorded.
• Complete project closeouts within one week of final commissioning.
• Manage and verify all supplier orders and invoices.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist the Team Leader in conducting appraisals for Project Administrators.

Candidate Profile

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction fields.
• Experience in the Generator Industry is desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, including site visits, office work, and remote work.
• Strong coordination and management skills for in-house engineers and external sub-contractors.
• Industry-recognized qualifications are a plus.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in IT systems.
