Salary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Preston within our Military Air Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting bids, overseeing, and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, expertise in project planning, customer, and stakeholder management.
Developing strategies and directing teams ensuring that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.Directing teams ensuring that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, quality and timescale ensuring invoicing is on time and aligned to agreed milestonesCommercial control of Projects with frequent review cycles established and reporting of KPIs to the leadership teamCustomer Management ensuring clear lines of communication and engagement, building a strong and trusting relationshipStakeholder Management ensuring effective communication channels with project stakeholders; provide regular updates on project progress, milestones achieved, and potential risks. Collaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goalsProject Team line management responsibilities in conjunction with the Capability business unitsIdentifying and management of risks to the project, and mitigation actionsImplement and oversee change control processes to manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costsLiaison with sub–contractors where applicableAdherence to all Expleo Quality Management Systems, Customer process and Legal regulations
Educated to Degree level or equivalentAdditional Project Management certification highly desired
