Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Craft a comprehensive Project Implementation Plan that encapsulates contractual obligations and internal execution strategies
• Develop and maintain a precise Project Schedule, coordinating both internal and external milestones
• Oversee a Quality Plan or Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), ensuring the highest standards are upheld
• Manage the Project Budget with a keen eye on internal financial constraints
• Represent the company in quarterly management meetings with the client, fostering robust relationships.
• Lead ad hoc client meetings, addressing project-specific needs as they arise.
• Compile a Monthly Customer Report detailing schedule adherence, delivery performance, invoicing, quality assessments, and risk management.
• Deliver a bi-monthly report on various business risks, including safety, lifecycle, capacity, financial, ethical, and security, aligning with Good Industry Practice.
• Annually present a comprehensive report on the year's performance.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Experience:-

• A qualification in Project Management or a relevant Engineering discipline is required.
• A strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, and Word, is imperative.
