Your new company
You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands region. This multi-accredited contractor is a leader within the Civil Engineering industry and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. They have a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to work on water sites in the Leicester area.

Your new role
As Project Manager you will be based in the Leicester area and be responsible for, but not limited to, producing financial forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting, delivering projects from design phase through to completion, developing and maintaining construction programmes, chairing weekly site meetings, ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed as well as reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have proven experience as a Project Manager in the water sector or sufficient experience as a Site manager or Site Agent looking for a step-up. In addition, you will hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification, and have good working knowledge of NEC contracts. Finally, you will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to liaise proficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
