Our aim at Companies House is to be the best registry in the world, achieved through brilliant people working on brilliant systems delivering brilliant services.
Our most significant legislative changes are encapsulated in The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. These changes aim to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the register, boost corporate transparency, and combat fraud and money laundering.
We are currently delivering an organisation wide transformation programme focussing on a complete re-design of our digital services, target operating model and culture. This change will need different skills, capabilities and mindset where adaptable, bold and curious behaviours are the norm and empowerment is encouraged and utilised.
Our Project Manager will be a crucial part of the Transformation Delivery Directorate, which spearheads our change journey. As outlined in our corporate strategy, Companies House plays a pivotal role in fostering confidence in the UK economy. Our programme of change over the coming years is central to enhancing that role.
We pride ourselves on being a dynamic, professional, and inclusive team with a positive attitude towards achieving our goals. As a Project Manager, you will report directly to one of our Senior Project Managers and play a vital role in the delivery of one or more projects within our portfolio.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across our organisation and strategic delivery partners, including those in Commercial, Digital, Data, Change, People, and Policy roles, to design and deliver project outputs. Most of these projects are part of our transformation programme, which aims to deliver transformed digital services alongside changes to our processes and capabilities across the entire organisation.
Does this sound like the role for you? If so, we’d love to receive your application!
