Project Manager - Fashion Supplier ERP Implementation

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in the fashion industry to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365/BC) within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a super user in ERP systems, specifically D365/BC, within a fashion supplier environment. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should possess a deep understanding of financial setups and finance processes relevant to the fashion industry.
About the role
• Managing team log on all system data fixes, scoping and reporting requirements
• Updating senior management as needed on issue resolution and progress
• Ensuring progress maintained across all projects and team
• Updating system process map and keeping this up to date with all changes.
• Testing using UAT checklists. Need these per area to ensure can allocate to wider business/ super users for implementation following major changes.
• Ensuring all users are confident in the system.
• Being able to work at super user level in an ERP - essential.
• Evidence of project management in a fashion supplier side systems role - IDEAL
About You
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Understanding or working with system developers - any programming language.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications creating flows, Power platform fundamentals - desirable.
• Maths A level - level B or above - essential
• GCSE - A English and Maths - desirable but B essential.
• Advanced excel - desirable.
• 5+ years' experience in office environment - working on system implementation, data migration/ data analysis/ system redesign / system design or project management. Desirable.
• Office 365 competence - essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to cope under pressure

• Appointment Type: Permanent
• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (subject to experience)
• Hours: 8.30am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

• Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays (rising to 25-days in line with service)
