Purpose of the role
Oversee all logistical and administrative activity of customer projects and to ensure that any project is delivered and completed at a consistently high standard, on time and within budget.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Communicating with and supporting our National Team of Electricians and Engineers.
- Book Sub Contractors to complete projects on behalf of Mondial Lighting.
- Organise Plant and Machinery Hire to be delivered and collected to sites nationwide.
- Complete the delivery process for materials supplied to our clients and engineers.
- Monitor project progress and reports this in regular meetings with any stakeholders.
- Complete project administrative tasks including managing client expectations, invoicing, and running our service management system.
- Monitor the van fleet including stock and maintenance checks.
- Resolve problems with a project as they arise by creating clear communication channels with all levels of the business.

- Have experience in logistics and customer interaction.
- Show attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
- Have an ability to work as part of a team.
- Is comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.
- Be energetic and have an enthusiastic positive approach to problem solving.
- Be fast-paced, flexible and able to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business.
Performance Objectives
- Work efficiently and as a team with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time in line with customer SLA s.
- Reports weekly on account performance.
- Manage, control and take responsibility for all delegated administration activity including general office admin.
