The Transformation Service is made up of a number of teams; Transformation, Performance & Insight, Business Support, Practice Innovation and Workforce Capability, and Refugee, Migrant and Asylum Seeker Support.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Transformation Team. You will be responsible for the scoping, management and delivery of a range of complex and high profile projects across Adult Social Care, which involves working closely with a range of stakeholders from across the Council, the wider health and care system, and with experts by experience. You will shape and design services that deliver better experience and outcomes for residents, ensuring change is managed effectively and sustainably.
We are seeking people with ambition, creativity and commitment to our values, to help us achieve the best for the people of Hackney. As a Project Manager you will be required to adapt to change in a fast paced environment, set a vision for projects and mobilise multi-agency teams to deliver against it, and to ensure projects are contributing to desired outcomes and delivering outputs on time and within budget.
