Description
- Leading Brand Transition projects from inception to completion.
- Working with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Creating comprehensive project plans and monitoring progress.
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing regular status updates to senior management.
- Facilitating post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Profile
- BS degree required
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably on product pre-launch activities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive in surfacing risks/issues and engages project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations as well as develop resolution options for escalation to project sponsors and management.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Eligible to travel up to 20%
