My client is a leading company specialising in CNC machining, and they are seeking a talented individual to lead and manage projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Leadership:
* Oversee and manage CNC machining projects from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.

Communication:
* Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to both internal teams and clients.
* Conduct regular project meetings, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Quality Assurance:
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality CNC machining projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
* Implement and adhere to quality control measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Client-Facing Project Manager in an engineering environment, with a focus on engineering
* Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Adept at problem-solving and risk management.
