Role overview
Due to company growth, we are looking for a Project Manager – Communications to join our vibrant team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple internal communication strategies and campaigns for our global clients. This is a varied role and can include delivery of everything from developing online or printed materials, delivering amazing events, producing digital assets, building employee engagement surveys to workshops for leaders and teams.
What will I be doing?
- Work with the client and consultant to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and plan this accordingly in our internal resourcing systems .
- Solution focused management, by provide regular updates/reports on progress and risks – identifying and providing solutions.
- Managing the project financials including the completion of monthly reconciliations, monitoring time and project costs, and ensuring invoices are raised in the timescale required.
- Being the first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships day-today.
- Working closely with the wider consulting, creative and content teams to ensure seamless delivery of communication strategies and campaigns.
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- An understanding of internal communications and the market we operate in (desirable)
