Job Title:Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: Starting £68,678 from depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, managing and integrating multi-disciplined project teams and maintain key relationships with project sponsors, team members, subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Controlling and monitoring contracts so that they are delivered to the agreed, time, cost and quality requirements including regular reviewing and reporting of project performance
- Responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects (accountable for the CSR) of projects from concept to completion
- Principal contract interface to the Dreadnought Alliance for the Non-Prime Contract Scope (all costs not directly attributable to a Boat), maintaining regular interface with customers on key projects and new business opportunities
- Taking ownership of specific bids, campaigns and related tasks
- Support investment business case development
- Professional team leadership, stakeholder management and effective communication at all levels
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experienced and proficient in project management, project control principles, Contract Management processes, and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of management of complex contracts
- Proven experience in delivering strategically important bids
- The ability to manage budgets and interpret financial information
Desirable:
- Possess a formal Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar) or equivalent by experience

The Dreadnought Contract Management team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Dreadnought Contract Management Team, which is responsible for contract delivery of the Dreadnought Non-Prime Contract scope (all scope not directly attributable to a boat). The role is critical to the Dreadnought programme because it ensures that key programme initiatives are funded and delivered to maintain the UK Deterrent programme. This is an opportunity to see end-to-end lifecycle management, gaining valuable experience that will allow you to proceed to more complex boats.
