The key responsibilities of the Project Manager Position include:
Project Planning - develop plans, onjectives, timelines and resources
Budget Management - cost estimations, resource allocation, monitor expenditures
Design coordination - collaborate with engineers
Constructiona and Maintenance oversight - regular site isnpections to monitor progress.
Quality control - ensure compliance standards are met and coordinate activites
Procurement and Vendor Management - select contractors for on site project aspects and ensure contractors are compliant and being held accountable
Risk Management - identify risks and method statements
Health and Safety Compliance - ensure project complies with h+S regulations. Implement safety protocols and procedures
Stakeholder Communication - communicate regularly with stakeholders - external and internal
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practice for the project management
Facilities Maintenance Planning - collaborate with Facilities teams to plan ongoing requirements
Document and Reporting - project progression, specification, correspondence and contracts.
